- Hygiene Clause for Pierced Earrings: For hygiene safety, earrings come in a clear sealed tamper-evident blister with a "Hygiene Security Seal". Once this specific hygienic seal is severed or removed, earrings cannot be returned for refund unless defective upon arrival.
- Personalised Jewellery: Custom monogrammed or engraved initial jewellery crafted specifically to order cannot be returned unless damaged or spelling incorrect on our part.
